Information and quotes

Website information helps you explore our services. Booking a conversation does not place an order or start a subscription. We confirm scope, pricing, applicable taxes, delivery estimates and any additional charges in your written quote before you purchase.

Orders and monthly services

The $299 starter package includes a custom stand and setup plus the first month of Reputation Care for one location, beginning at delivery and service launch. After the included month, the starting plan automatically renews at $99/month until canceled. We disclose the first charge date and cancellation instructions and obtain your affirmative agreement before enrolling you in recurring billing. Cancel before the first charge date to avoid the monthly charge; thereafter cancel before renewal to stop the next charge. Use the cancellation link provided with your subscription confirmation or email cenarotech@gmail.com. Your fully paid stand remains yours and cancellation does not deactivate its review link. Stand-only is available for $299 without a subscription. Merely browsing this website, submitting onboarding details or making a stand payment does not authorize recurring charges. Our service details and policies explain response allowances, approvals, billing, cancellation, refunds, replacements and account access. Any project-specific changes must be agreed in writing. A signed agreement governs the agreed project if it differs from general website information.

Website package and ongoing care

Website design and setup is $2,500, paid as $1,250 upfront and $1,250 before launch. Every website package also includes a required $199/month hosting, domain and website-care plan starting at launch. The monthly fee covers hosting, registration and renewal of the business domain agreed in your quote, and unlimited requests to add, change, remove or edit content on your existing website, handled one at a time. Full redesigns, major new features, custom integrations and online stores are separate scope. Your written agreement confirms the domain, project scope, request timing, cancellation and transfer arrangements before enrollment.

Your branding and account access

Only provide logos, artwork and business information you have permission to use. You review and approve stand artwork before production. You retain ownership of your Google Business Profile and authorize any management work. Do not share account passwords; use manager invitations when access is needed.

Honest reviews and illustrative examples

We support honest customer feedback. We do not promise a specific number of reviews, rating, search position, sales result or removal of negative reviews. Tony’s Pizza, its stand mockup and the sample report are fictional demonstrations. The QR artwork in the demo image is not a working customer review link.

Using this website

You may browse and download materials to evaluate or use our services. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content or present Cenaro branding and demonstration materials as your own work. Third-party trademarks and client materials remain the property of their owners.

External services

Booking, meetings and Google review destinations are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. Cenaro is independent of Google. Availability of those services is outside our control.

Privacy and availability

Our privacy notice explains information handling. We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but errors and interruptions can occur. Contact us if information appears incorrect or you need an accessible alternative. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Updates

We may update these website terms and show the revision date above. Website changes do not by themselves change an existing signed client agreement.
