After the included month, the starting plan automatically renews at $99/month until canceled. Enrollment requires your affirmative agreement to recurring billing. We confirm the service launch and first charge dates before enrollment. The included month begins at delivery and service launch, not while the stand is being made.

Yes. The stand-only package is $299, including the same premium stand, design and setup. Reputation Care is optional, starting at $99/month per location. Higher-volume plans are available. You can add it later without paying setup again if your existing setup still works.

The starting plan is $99/month for one location. We check one Google Business Profile twice weekly, draft responses for up to 30 new reviews per billing month, and provide one monthly reputation report with trends and recommendations. NFC/QR troubleshooting and email support within two business days are included. You approve responses before posting; approval delays can delay publication. Higher-volume plans are available and quoted based on your review activity. We notify you when you approach your monthly response allowance. Additional coverage or a plan change requires your approval; there are no automatic overage charges.

The starter package includes the first month of Reputation Care from delivery and service launch. After that, the starting plan automatically renews at $99/month, billed in advance, until canceled. Before enrollment, we provide the recurring price, first charge date and cancellation instructions and obtain your affirmative agreement. We send a confirmation you can keep and a reminder before the first paid charge. Cancel before that first charge date to pay no monthly service fee. If you cancel during the included month, care ends at its conclusion with no renewal charge. For paid months, cancellation stops the next renewal. Use the cancellation link supplied with your subscription confirmation, or email us as described below. Email cenarotech@gmail.com before your next billing date to stop renewal. We confirm cancellation in writing. There is no long-term commitment or cancellation fee. Service continues through your paid period; partially used months are not prorated. At the end of the paid period, we provide your final report. Account access is separate from billing: within seven business days of your cancellation notice or request to end our management access, we remove our permissions and enable you to regain exclusive control of your Google Business Profile. We do not wait for the billing period to end or require payment to release access. Work that needs that access stops once permissions are removed.

Your fully paid stand is yours to keep. Canceling monthly care does not deactivate it. NFC and QR are configured to your Google review destination, independently of the Cenaro subscription, and continue working while the destination remains available and the hardware remains functional. Your Google Business Profile and reviews remain yours.

Active Reputation Care includes diagnosing destination problems and explaining the fix. A printed QR code cannot be rewritten remotely and may need a replacement printed component. Updating NFC depends on whether the chip is rewritable. Physical replacements and redesigns are quoted separately; we do not promise permanent availability of a third-party destination.

Report delivery damage, defects or incorrect programming within 30 days so we can correct or replace the stand at no charge. Cenaro or supplier production mistakes are corrected at our expense. Accidental damage or loss is $129 for a matching replacement using existing artwork. Redesign, changes to approved details and shipping are quoted separately. An annual free replacement is not included.

Before work starts, we refund the $299 setup payment in full. Once design work begins and before a first proof is delivered, only documented completed design work is retained, up to $75. After the first proof and before production, we retain the $75 design/setup portion and refund $224. After written design approval and the production order, there is no change-of-mind refund; defects and production errors are still corrected. These policies do not limit rights required by applicable law.

We confirm the production and delivery estimate with your quote. Timing depends on design approval and supplier availability; we do not start monthly service billing while you are waiting for the stand.

No. We make it easier to share honest feedback and help you manage it. Review volume and ratings depend on customer participation and experience. We do not guarantee review removal.

Yes. Your website package is $2,500 for design and setup, plus $199/month for hosting, domain and ongoing website care. The $2,500 is paid as $1,250 upfront and $1,250 before launch. Your written quote defines the initial pages, design scope and project deliverables. Additional scope is quoted and approved separately.

The $199/month plan is part of every website package and starts at launch. It includes website hosting, registration and renewal of the business domain agreed in your quote, and unlimited requests to add, change, remove or edit text, photos, services, pricing and sections on your existing website. Requests are handled one at a time, with timing confirmed for each request.

Full redesigns, major new features, custom integrations and online stores are quoted separately. New-page work is scoped in your written agreement. Hosting and the agreed domain costs are included in the $199 monthly fee. We confirm the domain, cancellation terms and any website or domain transfer arrangements in your written agreement before enrollment.

Tony’s Pizza is a fictional demonstration. The stand image is a custom design mockup, not a photo of a delivered customer product. Its QR artwork is illustrative. Sample report figures and review excerpts are fictional; final stand artwork is approved before production.
